昨年末に行われたエスピリトサント エリアの、生産者向け第一回プライベートオークションで7位にランクインしたロットです。

Marciano Tomaziniは、取り扱い3年目になります。このエリアのコーヒーには、シトラス系のジューシーな果実感が見られる印象で、ブラジルのオーセンティックなイメージから、スペシャルティコーヒーならではの農園の取り組みによるテイストの向上が見受けられます。

特に今回のロットでは、甘くて熟したフルーティーにフローラルさもほのかに感じるブラックベリーのようなフレーバーを感じました。

全てのお客様が心地よくコーヒーの香りとテイストを楽しんでいただくために、強い匂いのある香水や化粧品をつけてのご来店はお控えください。また写真撮影は、着席の状態にてご自身の座席からのみ可能です。

また、座席数に限りがありますので、オープン直後を中心に時間帯によっては長い時間お並びいただくことがございます。テイクアウト、豆のみのご購入のお客様も、状況によっては店内ご利用のお客様と同じ列にお並びいただく場合がございます。

比較的お昼以降がご案内しやすくなっておりますが、どなた様もお時間に余裕を持ってお越し頂きますようお願い申し上げます。夏期間中、外で店内へのご案内をお待ちのお客様へ日傘を貸出しております。数に限りがございますので、グループの場合は2人1組を目安としてご利用いただき、店内にご案内した際に回収させていただきます。

なお、ロースタリーから徒歩2分先(本所1-12-10)自販機にて100g缶の豆販売がございます。24時間365日ご利用いただけますので、火曜日から木曜日はそちらをご利用くださいませ。

最近はハイラインのリリースが続いていましたが、今週はミドルラインのオーセンティックなコーヒーのご紹介です。

この、グアテマラを代表するエルインヘルト農園は、100年以上にわたって続き国を代表する歴史をもった生産者です。コーヒーの栽培面積250haを誇る広大な土地ならではの、マイクロテロワールの違いから区画ごとに分類されたコーヒーは、自社オークションを開催する規模になっています。

イエローパカマラを扱うのはおそらく初めてですが、甘み、華やかなフローラルさ、味わいの厚みがしっかりと感じられる素晴らしい仕上がりになりました。限定数となりますので、短期間のご案内となる商品です。

再入荷のお知らせ
大変長らくお待たせいたしました。
今週金曜日よりOrigami Pinnの再販売を開始いたします。

今回はOrigami公式と同様に「お一人様各色3点まで」とさせていただき、オンラインストア、店舗にて販売いたします。

岐阜県土岐市にある工場の方にも何度か足を運ばせていただき、実際に製品が作られている現場を目にすることができました。各セクションに配属されているプロフェッショナルが、最終的には手作業で微調整と確認を行い、一点一点丹精込めて仕上げられています。

大変ありがたい事にローンチからご好評をいただいておりますが、販売直後の今時期は私たち自身も含め、一度に全ての方へ安定してお届けすることはなかなか難しい状況となっております。

今回このように、日本を誇る素晴らしい技術を持ったプロフェッショナルと共同開発させていただけたことをきっかけに、今後も日本の技術力やコーヒーカルチャーの魅力を国内・海外問わず広めていきたいと思っております。

[New Relase]

今週からリリースしているコーヒーのご案内です。

Ecuador Finca Soledadでもお馴染みの生産者、Pepeのもう一つの農園Fincas Del Putushio Typica Mejoradoをご紹介いたします。

この農園は標高2222m 、近くにあるプトゥシオ山にちなんで名付けられました。農園は、肥沃な土壌に恵まれた険しい地形の中に位置しており、3,000年以上前の考古学的遺物が急な斜面に点在しています。

この霧の立ち込める高地で、チームは現在、品種本来の風味とプトゥシオ特有の個性を美しく引き出した、極上のウォッシュドコーヒーを生産しています。

このコーヒーは、香りの中に本当に素晴らしいブラットオレンジや、カラントのニュアンスを感じさせます。

温かいうちは、非常にジューシーで心地よく、滑らかな甘みが広がります。

冷めるにつれてグリーンティーの旨みも感じ取る事が出来ます。

初めての取り扱い農園となりますので、よろしければぜひこの機会にご賞味くださいませ。

The Origami Pinn Dripper is manufactured entirely in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Each piece undergoes a final inspection conducted carefully by skilled craftsmen, ensuring the highest level of quality.

While production is carried out alongside other products with great care to maintain consistent quality and make the dripper available to as many customers as possible, the initial release will be available in very limited quantities.
This is not a limited-edition product, and it will continue to be available as part of the Origami lineup going forward. However, as a temporary measure until supply stabilises, purchases will be limited to one item per person at Leaves Stores. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

At Leaves Coffee stores and on our online shop, we anticipate that the product may sell out on the first day.
