花椒ピーカンナッツ

LIKEのお土産菓子！
抗酸化ビタミンとして知られるビタミンEや、良質な脂質として知られる不飽和脂肪酸、食物繊維を含むピーカンナッツをベースに、華やかな香りと心地よいしびれが特徴の花椒、そして甘味には羅漢果を使用しました。

羅漢果は砂糖に代わる天然由来の甘味料として親しまれており、本商品では甘味のほとんどを羅漢果由来の甘味料で仕上げています。

Made with pecans, a natural source of vitamin E, unsaturated fats, and dietary fiber, these nuts are flavored with Sichuan peppercorns for their bright, floral aroma and pleasantly numbing sensation.

For sweetness, we use monk fruit, a naturally derived sweetener often used as an alternative to sugar. Most of the sweetness in this product comes from monk fruit–based sweetener.

Perfect as a treat for yourself or as a little gift to take home!

エゴマ餅

普洱市(プーアル市)の市場に出てた屋台で食べたエゴマ餅。
エゴマを軽くローストしてキビ糖を使って餡にしました。
現地で食べたお餅の生地をイメージして敢えてモチモチにはせず、歯切れの良い歯触りのお餅にしました。
微かに香るバナナリーフの香りと共に、シンプルでホッとするお餅です。
蒸篭で蒸し立てをご提供します！

Perilla Rice Cake

A perilla rice cake inspired by one I had at a market stall in Pu’er, Yunnan.

The perilla seeds are lightly toasted and made into a filling with raw cane sugar. For the rice cake itself, I wanted to recreate the texture I remember from Pu’er, so rather than making it overly chewy, I gave it a soft, clean bite.

Simple and comforting, with the subtle aroma of banana leaf.
Served freshly steamed in a bamboo steamer!

旬のトウモロコシ、トウモロコシサイズにカットした烏賊、春に漬物にした中国芥子菜を刻んだ大葉と一緒にサッと炒めました。
自家製ラードのコクとトウモロコシの甘みに漬物の酸味がアクセントになってスプーンでバクバク食べられます！

Stir-Fried Corn and Squid

Seasonal sweet corn and squid cut into corn-sized pieces are quickly stir-fried with Chinese mustard greens that we pickled in spring, along with finely chopped shiso.

The richness of our house-made lard and the sweetness of the corn are balanced by the bright acidity of the pickles. It’s the kind of dish you just want to keep spooning up, bite after bite!
