一杯のコーヒーには、その先にいる誰かの人生や想いが詰まっています。
カルバハルファミリーとの出会いから、私たちは数々のコーヒーとともに、その物語を届けてきました。
2021年には、ダリエラさんが手がけた「PLATANARES」を使用し、JBrCで準優勝（第2位）という結果を残しました。
2022年、ダリエラさんは脳腫瘍と新型コロナウイルス感染症により、若くしてこの世を去りました。2023年に産地を訪れた際には、ご家族とともに彼女との思い出を語り、その想いに触れる時間を過ごしました。
そして2025年。次女のケイリーさんが、亡き姉の名前を冠した「DARIELA」でCup of Excellence Traditional Varieties部門 第1位を獲得しました。
この特別なコーヒーを私たちの手で届けたいという想いから、私たちはオークションに参加し、落札することができました。
アプリコットや桃を思わせる華やかな果実味と、凝縮した甘さ。なめらかな口あたりと、長く続く心地よい余韻をお楽しみください。

A cup of coffee can carry someone’s story.
Our journey with the Carvajal family has brought us many extraordinary coffees over the years.
In 2021, we achieved 2nd place at JBrC using “PLATANARES,” a coffee produced by Dariela. In 2022, Dariela sadly passed away at a young age after battling a brain tumor and COVID-19. When we visited Honduras in 2023, we spent time remembering her together with the family.
In 2025, her younger sister, Keyli, won 1st place in the Cup of Excellence Traditional Varieties competition with “DARIELA,” a coffee named in honor of her beloved sister.
With notes of apricot, peach, and a rich sweetness, DARIELA is a cup filled with love, legacy, and remembrance.
We are honored to share this very special coffee with you.
