It is made with well-chilled milk and a freshly pulled espresso.
No ice.

Do not stir.

The first sip is espresso.
The second brings espresso and milk together.
From the third sip onward, it gradually becomes a latte.

That changing experience is what makes DIRTY unique.

A Memory from 2012
In November 2012, I visited Joe Pro NYC (Joe Coffee) for a special event celebrating my book Life Is Espresso.
That evening, I gave a talk, signed books, and introduced my original beverage, DIRTY, to the New York coffee community.
As Sprudge wrote at the time:
“He’ll give a talk, sign copies of Life Is Espresso, and create his original beverage DIRTY.”
Looking back, it was one of the first moments DIRTY reached coffee lovers beyond Japan.

この日、トークとサイン会を行い、DIRTYをニューヨークで初めて紹介しました。
当時、Sprudgeは、
「彼は自身が考案した飲み物 DIRTY を作る」
と紹介しています。
振り返ると、このイベントはDIRTYが日本を越えて広がり始めた、大切な瞬間でした。
