Pizza Slice x RoJean Pizza Party at RoJean

9月19日(土)、 PIZZA SLICE のオーナーHiroki Hiroki Sarumaru を迎えて、RoJeanで一日限りのPizza Partyを開催します！

今回復活するのは、これまでのポップアップでも大人気だった Pizza Slice とRoJeanのコラボメニュー、チーズスティックス。

ReikoがKansasで暮らしていた高校生の頃、家の近くにあった家族経営のピザ屋D’Angelo’sでよく食べていた思い出の味です。D’Angelo’sはHesstonの町で25年以上にわたり地元の人々に愛され、2023年に惜しまれながら閉店しました。その頃の記憶から生まれたのが、このチーズスティックスです。

Pizza Sliceの生地にチーズとガーリックをたっぷりのせて焼き上げ、細長いスティック状にカット。RoJean自家製のバターミルクラーンチとPizza Sliceのトマトソース、2種類のソースにディップしてお召し上がりいただきます。

お好きなフレーバーのライムエイドと合わせたセットもご用意します。

当日は、1980年代後半から90年代のNew Yorkのブロックパーティーをイメージした音楽と一緒に、みんなでPizza Partyを楽しみましょう！

チーズスティックスは9月19日から9月27日までの期間限定で提供します。

大人気のGrilled Cheese and Creamy Mushroom Soupは、今週の日曜日、9/20で終了です。

たっぷりのフレッシュマッシュルームを使って一から作っているこのスープ。ありがたいことに想像以上にたくさんの方に楽しんでいただき、仕込みが追いつかないほどの人気に！そのため、名残惜しいですが予定より少し早く終了することになりました。

まだ食べていない方も、もう一度食べたい方も、なくなる前にぜひ食べに来てください🌻

Our much-loved Grilled Cheese and Creamy Mushroom Soup will now be available through this Sunday, September 20.

Made from scratch with lots of fresh mushrooms, this soup has been so popular that we can barely keep up with making it! So, sadly, we’ll be wrapping it up a little earlier than planned.

☕ RoJean’s Mug of the Day ☕

RoJeanで使っているマグやお皿は、コロラドスプリングスに住む大叔父エドの手作り。小さい頃から家族の食卓でずっと使ってきた思い出の器たちを、お店でも大切に使っています。

The mugs and plates we use at RoJean are all handmade by our great uncle Ed, who lives in Colorado Springs. They’ve been a part of our family table since we were little, and we now cherish them here at the café too.

Grilled Cheese and Creamy Mushroom Soup

大大大人気のクリーミーマッシュルームスープが、2年ぶりに帰ってきます！明日9月11日（金）からスタートで、9月27日（日）までの期間限定です。

たっぷりのマッシュルームと玉ねぎをバターで炒め、白ワイン、ディル、タイム、パプリカパウダーと一緒にじっくり煮込みました。スープにもサワークリームを加えているので、濃厚な中にもほどよい酸味があり、トッピングのサワークリームを混ぜるとさらに爽やかになります。チェダー入りのグリルドチーズは、そのまま食べるのはもちろん、濃厚なスープにディップするのもおすすめです。

試食したJustinとAiにも、マッシュルームの食感と、ソースに近いほどの濃厚さが大好評。主食のようにお腹を満たしてくれる、まさに食べるスープです。ペッパー好きのJustinは、粗びき黒こしょうがしっかりきいているところも気に入っていました。皆さんも秋を感じに来てください。

Our much-loved creamy mushroom soup is back for the first time in two years! Available starting tomorrow, Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 27.

Made with lots of mushrooms and onions sautéed in butter, then slowly simmered with white w**e, dill, thyme and paprika powder. Sour cream is mixed into the soup for a subtle tang, and the extra spoonful on top makes it even brighter and more refreshing. Served with a cheddar grilled cheese, perfect for dipping into the soup. Justin and Ai loved how thick and rich the soup. It is hearty enough to feel like a meal on its own. Justin, who loves pepper, especially liked the generous amount of freshly ground black pepper.

🍂Pumpkin Spice Milkshake🍁

明日、9月8日（火）からRoJeanに登場します！
アメリカの秋の定番、Pumpkin Spiceを使ったミルクシェイク。バニラアイスとミルクに、シナモン、ジンジャー、ナツメグ、クローブを合わせた自家製Pumpkin Spice Mixとメープルシロップをブレンドしました。グラスにはキャラメル、上にはたっぷりのホイップクリーム、キャラメルソース、Pumpkin Spice Mix、さらにパイクラストのようなサクサクのPumpkin Spiceビスケットをトッピング。Pumpkin Spiceは、アメリカで秋になるとお菓子やドリンクによく使われる定番のスパイスミックス。パンプキンそのものは入っていません。

Pumpkin Spice Milkshake is coming to RoJean tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8! An American fall classic made with vanilla ice cream, milk, maple syrup, and our house Pumpkin Spice Mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove. Finished with caramel inside the glass, plenty of whipped cream, caramel sauce, an extra dusting of Pumpkin Spice Mix, and a crisp, pie crust-like Pumpkin Spice biscuit on top. There’s no actual pumpkin in this one. Pumpkin spice is the warm spice blend that shows up everywhere in the U.S. once fall comes around.
