今日は新メニューのお知らせです。
玄米もちを中心に販売されているキッチンカー「ぐうまる」さんとのコラボメニューを開始します！
今回のコラボレーションは、ぐうまるさんの「あんごまもち」にも使用されているあんこのレシピを特別に教えていただき実現しました。
和のあんこと洋のワッフルを組み合わせたメニューを、数量限定で３種類ご用意しています。

こちらのメニューは、明日の出店から期間限定でお楽しみいただけます。ぜひたくさんの方にお試しいただけたら嬉しいです。
最後になりましたが、コラボレーションを快く引き受けてくださったぐうまるさん、本当にありがとうございます。ぐうまるさんの玄米もちは一度食べたらまた食べたくなる味で、私たちも大ファンです。特にねぎ辣油は絶品ですので、ぜひ食べてみてください😋

We’re excited to announce a new menu collaboration!
Starting tomorrow, we’ll be offering a special collaboration menu with “Guumaru,” a food truck known for its delicious brown rice mochi.
This collaboration became possible thanks to Guumaru kindly sharing the recipe for their sweet red bean paste, which is also used in their popular An-Goma Mochi.
Combining traditional Japanese red bean paste with Belgian waffles, we’ve created three limited-quantity menu items:
🧈 Anko Butter Waffle
🍵 Matcha Anko Waffle
🍦 Anko Waffle Vanilla Delight
These special menu items will be available for a limited time starting from tomorrow’s pop-up. We hope many of you will come and give them a try!
Finally, we would like to thank Guumaru for making this collaboration possible. We’re big fans of their brown rice mochi ourselves—once you try it, you’ll definitely want more!
Their Chili oil with green onions Mochi is especially amazing, so be sure to give it a try if you get the chance 😋
