Mont Blanc Coffee（モンブランコーヒー）

メルボルンで誕生したシグネチャードリンク。
今ではメルボルンの多くのカフェで親しまれている、定番メニューのひとつです。

2024年に久しぶりにメルボルンを訪れた際、初めて飲み、その美味しさに衝撃を受けました。

爽やかなドリップコーヒーにやさしい甘さを加え、ふんわりとしたクリームを重ね、仕上げにオレンジピールとナツメグをひと削り。

コーヒーの豊かな香り、クリームのコク、そしてオレンジの爽やかな香りが重なり、デザートのような満足感がありながら、最後まで軽やかにお楽しみいただけます。

ブラックコーヒーが苦手な方にも飲みやすく、**「飲むデザートコーヒー」**ともいえる一杯です。

A signature coffee drink that originated in Melbourne.

Now found in cafes across the city, it has become one of Melbourne's signature coffee drinks.

When I returned to Melbourne in 2024, I tried it for the first time and instantly fell in love with it.

A refreshing pour-over coffee is lightly sweetened and topped with airy whipped cream, then finished with fresh orange zest and a hint of nutmeg.

The rich aroma of coffee, the creamy texture, and the bright citrus notes come together to create a drink that's indulgent like a dessert, yet light and refreshing from the first sip to the last.

Even if black coffee isn't usually your thing, you'll likely enjoy this one.

A dessert you can drink.

we will host a special order event for women’s black formal wear by Pierre Cardin
in the gallery space next to our café.

渋みが少なく、コクのあるやさしい甘さが特徴です。

くるみよりもまろやかで、
焼き上げることで香ばしさが引き立ち、

Pecan Nut Tart

An American classic where the rich aroma of butter
and the natural flavor of nuts gently unfold with each bite.

Still not very common in Fukui,
pecans are known for their smooth, mellow sweetness
with very little bitterness.

More delicate than walnuts,
they become beautifully fragrant when baked,
melding into the tart to create a moist, tender texture.

The natural sweetness of the nuts and the richness of butter
pair perfectly with the subtle bitterness of coffee,
leaving a soft, lingering finish with every bite.

Enjoy it together with a cup of coffee.
