World Spice-Home Kitchen is a small business providing meals and dishes from various countries and cultures. It provides a taste of home to many.

World Spice is a small business run out of a small Okinawan home. It is run by myself, culinary school graduate, and I use my experiences to improve on my culinary skills and increase my knowledge of food from different cultures. World Spice also provides new culinary experiences for families who would like to try something new. The menu consists of changing themes, such as American Southern cuisi

ne, Italian Cuisine, Vietnamese Cuisine, ect. As well as various desserts. World Spice provides individual meals, desserts, as well as to-go platters for families and large groups.

From 5/7-5/16, World Spice will be offering small macaroni and cheese platters for only $12 each!

These platters can be frozen and reheated to enjoy even after World Spice has moved on to mainland.

Wondering how to cook your oven ready Macaroni and Cheese platter?

Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius).

Cook Large platters for 45-60 minutes.

Cook small platters for 30-45 minutes.

Reheat pre-cooked platters by placing them in the heated oven and shut the oven off. Residual heat will allow for a hot platter without the chance of burning!

Oven ready platters are perfect for when you cannot always pick up the order and make it to your destination in time. Pick it up one or two days ahead of time to reduce worry.

Oven ready platters can also be frozen! Just thaw completely before cooking.

***Please remember to remove any plastic lids before cooking!
