イレギュラー営業が多めなのでご注意下さい⚠️
桜祭りにはケンズブルワリーさん店頭前でタコス販売させていただく予定です。
他日曜はランチのみの営業の日とお休みの日があります。

そして4月最終週から5月8日まで長いお休みをいただこうと思っていますので食い溜めは今月中によろしくお願いいたします❗️

今月も皆さんに元気になっていただけるようにお料理を提供させていただきたいと思います！

On other Sundays, we will be open for lunch only or closed.

世界規模の環境変化に伴い、生き物や自然のリズムも形を変えています。かつての日本の夏は早朝こそ涼しいものでしたが、今や昼夜を問わず35度を超えることも珍しくありません。トマトは35度以上の酷暑が続くと良質な実をつけるのが難しいため、現在日本では、1月から2月にかけてが新たな「旬」の時期となっています。
物価の高騰や気候の変化をただ恐れるのではなく、私たちはそれを「新たな発見」として楽しみたいと考えています。

🌮 Our Journey to the Perfect Beans
For a long time, we used traditional pinto beans for our refried beans. We truly love and respect their classic, earthy flavor—it’s the soul of a traditional taco.
However, after much searching, we discovered a new possibility: The Chickpea.
We chose chickpeas not to replace tradition, but to elevate it.
