​Every Tuesday 7pm

If you like board games, like to meet new faces, or just have nothing to do on Tuesdays, then think about joining us for some board games at The Hearth (very fun and energetic board game bar near Namba).

Both English and Japanese speakers are welcome. There are games for everyone.

I think board games help people relax and open up. They also tear apart friendships and make you hate all the other players, but that's part of the fun as well!

Oh wow, the spooky scary treats we have for you this year!

Entry is 1500 yen and that includes one drink up to 700yen and entry into our costume contest.

Costume Contest!

When you rock in with a costume you will get a photograph taken and the keen spooky juicy exposed brains of The Hearth staff will confer around 10pm and choose 3 winners! There are prizes! (Note: If you won last year you aren't eligible this year, some of y'all are just too spooky!)

Winner gets a 5000yen gift certificate to The Hearth (note: if it's a group costume it's one for the whole group)
Runner Up a 3000yen gift certificate
Third prize is a Devilishly Delicious Spoopy Prize

Dialogue with Dragons

Friday October 2nd, 9th and 16th 7pm

Every Friday, we play a story game in English at The Hearth in Osaka.

You make a character, and you tell a story together with new friends.

You don't need any experience.

Playing with us doesn't cost anything. The Hearth does ask for a small fee to play games there: 700 yen, and then you can play as long as you like until close.

They also have coffee, tea, and other drinks if you'd like something.

We play the same fun adventure every week, so you can join any Friday that works for you.

On top of our regular Tuesday nights from 7pm for Osaka Board Gaming for All and Thursday night Thirsty Thursdays we are trying to get people to sign up for our new TTRPG Monday nights! Scan the QR Code, fill out the form and we can hopefully form groups for one offs or for longer campaigns!
