7/28(火)よりヨルダンの国民食「マンサフ」が通常メニューに仲間入り！ ✨

平素よりアラブ料理専門店 七つの丘～Seven Hillsご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
大変長らくお待たせいたしました！現在の不安定な中東情勢の影響で、原材料である羊乳の乾燥ヨーグルト「ジャミード」の入荷がストップし、しばらく提供をお休みしていたヨルダンの国民食「マンサフ（Mansaf）」の提供を再開します！
オーナーシェフが「どうしても本物の味を届けたい」とこだわり、ようやく現地から最高品質のジャミードを入手することができました。満を持して、2026年7月28日(火)より提供を再開いたします。
さらに、今回の復活に合わせて嬉しいお知らせです！これまでは「事前予約が必要な特別メニュー」でしたが、これからは【予約不要】＆【1人前から】いつでもお気軽に通常メニューとしてご注文いただけるようになりました。
マンサフとは？
伝統的なヨルダン料理で、ヨルダンの国民食。2022年には、ユネスコに無形文化遺産として登録されました。お米の上に発酵させた乾燥ヨーグルトのソースで煮込んだラム肉を乗せ、アーモンドなどのナッツを飾り付けて、旨味とコクが凝縮されたジャミードの温かいヨーグルトソースをかけていただきます。ヨルダンのおもてなしに欠かせない伝統料理です。

Jordan's National Dish, "Mansaf," joins our regular menu starting Tuesday, July 28th! ✨

Thank you so much for your continued support of Seven Hills. We are thrilled to announce that we are finally bringing back Mansaf, the national dish of Jordan! Due to the unstable situation in the Middle East, our supply of "Jameed" (traditional dried sheep’s milk yogurt) had stopped, forcing us to pause serving this beloved dish. However, our owner-chef refused to compromise on the authentic taste and has successfully sourced the highest-quality Jameed directly from Jordan. We are ready to serve it again starting Tuesday, July 28, 2026!
Even better news comes with this revival! What used to be a special menu item requiring advanced booking is now a regular menu item! You can now order it without a reservation and in individual single portions.
What is Mansaf?
Mansaf is a legendary Jordanian dish recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2022. It features tender lamb cooked in a rich sauce made from fermented, dried yogurt (Jameed), served over a bed of fragrant rice and garnished with toasted almonds. This comforting dish, known for its deep savory and tangy flavor, is the ultimate symbol of Jordanian hospitality.
