本日もたくさんの皆様のご来店、誠にありがとうございました😭
本日の営業は売り切れにて終了とさせていただきます🙇
今回私がかかってしまった病は、神経が破壊されて四肢を動かすのにエネルギーを通常より沢山使って、疲れやすく体力が低下してしまうという病です。
オーバーワークしてしまうとさらに神経が破壊されて回復が遅くなってしまう為、仕込みを少なくしてしばらくお店を続けさせてください。
回復までは半年〜1年と長い道のりですが、以前のように全開でずっと仕事をして行きたいので、お客様には本当にご迷惑をおかけしてしまいますが、どうかご理解いただけますようお願い致します🙇
元気になったら私の残像が見えるほどスピーディーにバリバリ働きますので、少しの間このペースでやらせてください。
また売り切れ等、ご来店いただきましたお客様にご迷惑をおかけしてしまう事もあると思いますので、できたらご来店前にご予約いただければ確実にお席の方ご案内できますので、お電話いただけたらありがたいです。

We have sold out for today, so we will be closing for the day. 🙇
The illness I am currently recovering from has damaged my nerves, which means my body uses much more energy than usual to move my arms and legs. As a result, I get tired easily and my physical strength has decreased.
If I overwork myself, it can cause further nerve damage and slow down my recovery. So for a while, I would like to continue running the restaurant with less preparation and a smaller amount of food.
It will be a long road, and I have been told that recovery may take anywhere from six months to a year. I really want to be able to work at full speed again like before, so I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. I sincerely ask for your understanding. 🙇
Once I am healthy again, I promise I will work so fast and hard that you might even see my afterimage! 😂
So please let me continue at this pace for a little while.
There may also be times when we sell out and customers who come to the restaurant may not be able to dine with us. If possible, we would really appreciate it if you could call and make a reservation before coming. That way, we can make sure to have a table ready for you.
I am really sorry that this post is filled with so many requests. 🙇
Please allow me to take things carefully and face my illness properly so that I can continue running Fuuten for many years to come.
