現在フーテンでは、
熊本の農家さんにパクチーをお願いしています。

地震があった29日、
ちょうど収穫をお願いしていた日でした。

夕方に地震の知らせを聞き、
当然パクチーは届かないだろうと思いました。

何よりも人命が最優先です。
それでいいと思っていました。

そんな中、農家さんから
「出荷はしましたが、流通が止まっているのでいつ届くか分かりません。」
とご連絡をいただきました。

大変な状況の中でも、
私たちのことを気にかけてくださったことに心から感謝し、
「私たちのことは大丈夫です。どうか地震への対応を最優先にしてください。」
とお伝えしました。

そして今日。

地震当日に収穫され、発送されたパクチーが、
無事フーテンに届きました。

本当に驚きました。

被災地で懸命に働く方々、
物流を止めることなく支え続けてくださる方々。

多くの人の力がつながって、
私たちのもとへ食材が届いたことに、心から感謝しています。

今回の地震で被災された皆様に、
心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

被害が少しでも小さく済み、
一日も早く穏やかな日常が戻ることを願っています。

そして今もなお、
社会を支え続けてくださっているすべての皆様へ。

We currently source our cilantro
from dedicated farmers in Kumamoto.

On the 29th, the day of the earthquake,
we had asked them to harvest cilantro for our restaurant.

When we heard about the earthquake that evening,
we naturally assumed it would not arrive.

Human safety comes first,
and that was all that mattered.

Even in the middle of such a difficult situation,
the farmer contacted us to say,

“We shipped it, but distribution has been disrupted, so we don’t know when it will arrive.”

We were deeply grateful that they took the time to contact us,
and told them not to worry about us and to focus on staying safe.

Then today,

the cilantro harvested and shipped on the day of the earthquake
arrived safely at our restaurant.

We were truly amazed.

To the farmers, the delivery workers,
and everyone who continues supporting daily life despite such difficult circumstances—

thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our sincere thoughts are with everyone affected by the earthquake.

We hope the damage remains as small as possible
and that recovery comes as quickly as it can.

いつも当たり前のように届いている食材も、
それを育ててくれる生産者さん、
そして届けてくれる方々がいるからこそ、
私たちは料理を作り、仕事をすることができます。
