When we created this burger, there was one ingredient we wanted to build it around: A5 Motobu Wagyu.

Raised here in Okinawa, its beautiful marbling and rich flavour deserved more than a standard burger.

So we paired it with cheddar cheese, homemade honey mustard, and our signature butter chicken curry, all served on a tandoor-toasted bun.

The result is one of our most talked-about dishes—bringing together local ingredients and Indian influences in a way that feels distinctly NÔMIX.

このバーガーを作るとき、私たちが主役にしたかったのはA5本船和牛でした。

沖縄で育てられた本部和牛は、美しい霜降りと豊かな旨みが魅力です。

その魅力を活かすため、チェダーチーズ、自家製ハニーマスタード、そして当店自慢のバターチキンカレーを合わせました。

さらにタンドールで焼き上げたバンズで仕上げることで、NÔMIXらしい一品が完成しました。
