A one-of-a-kind Japanese dessert inspired by the rich flavors of traditional tamari soy sauce.

This fluffy shaved ice is covered with our original sweet-and-salty Tamari Espuma Cream, creating a surprisingly smooth and addictive flavor that perfectly balances sweetness and umami.

Finished with a generous layer of roasted soybean powder (Kinako) made from locally grown Fukuyutaka soybeans from Aichi Prefecture.

Served with homemade red bean paste made from premium Dainagon azuki beans from Hokkaido, chewy mochi balls, and a side of rich black sugar syrup (Kuromitsu) to pour as you like.
