コンセプトは
「グルテンフリー居酒屋」🍻
日本の食文化をもっと身近に感じてもらいながら、
さまざまなグルテンフリー料理を楽しんでいただきたい。
そんな想いから、現在
たくさんの新しいレシピを試作しています👨🍳✨
すべてグルテンフリーをベースに、
🥛 デイリーフリー
🥚 エッグフリー
🥜 ナッツフリー
🌱 ベジタリアン
🌿 ヴィーガン
など、さまざまな食のスタイルに対応できるメニューを予定しています。

On April 3rd, 2026,
Gluten Free T’s Kitchen Harajuku will open as our third location ✨
The concept is a
“Gluten-Free Izakaya” 🍻
Our goal is to help people feel closer to Japanese food culture while enjoying a variety of gluten-free dishes 🇯🇵
With this vision, we are currently
developing and testing many new recipes 👨🍳✨
All dishes will be based on 100% gluten-free ingredients, with options including:
🥛 Dairy-free
🥚 Egg-free
🥜 Nut-free
🌱 Vegetarian
🌿 Vegan
so that we can accommodate a wide variety of dietary styles.
