🎉 ハイスピリッツ 9周年 🎉
おかげさまで、ハイスピリッツは9周年を迎えることができました。
3度の移転を経て、たどり着いた今の場所——1階はこれまで通り居酒屋として、そして2階はこれからイベントやライブ、ワークショップなど、みんなで楽しい時間を共有できるスペースとして活用していきます。
ここまで支えてくださった皆さま、本当にありがとうございます。
料理人として、農業を通じて「食」の根っこを大事にしながら、照明デザインや音楽（ハーモニカ🎵）など自分らしさも大切にし、10年目に向けて新たな挑戦をスタートします。
集大成であり、まだまだ道の途中。
これからも一歩一歩、精進してまいります。

Thanks to all of you, High Spirits is celebrating its 9th anniversary!
After moving three times, we’ve finally arrived at our current home—where the 1st floor continues as our cozy izakaya, and the 2nd floor will soon be transformed into an event space for live music, workshops, and shared moments of joy.
We are truly grateful for all your support along the way.
As a chef who values the roots of food through farming, while blending in lighting design and music (harmonica 🎵), I’m stepping into new challenges as we head into our 10th year.
This is both a culmination and just the beginning.
Step by step, we’ll keep moving forward.
