Lasagna is a very special dish in Chef Mark’s family.
Mark’s mother would make lasagna every Christmas Eve, or for special occasions.

At Mark’s Tokyo, Mom’s lasagna has only been available for our Christmas Eve Special Course.

Because Mark’s Tokyo is celebrating its 5th year anniversary this year, we will be replacing our Hawaiian Style brunch with a monthly Lasagna Lunch in 2026.
Our lasagna lunch dates will be announced on our Social Media and on our website.

We will be serving Mark’s Mom’s lasagna as well as a seasonal lasagna, using seasonal vegetables from our farming partners.

Our upcoming lasagna lunches will be held on the following dates:

Sunday May 31 @ 11AM
Sunday June 28
