One of our returning favorites is the Hamachi Jalapeño Sashimi — fresh yellowtail with mint and jalapeño for a bright, refreshing flavor.

Our Fresh Salmon Oshi-Sushi is finished with capers and black pepper, creating a rich and flavorful profile that pairs beautifully with natural wine.

All nigiri items are available by pre-order only.

The name “Gangi” refers to the stepped riverside docks once used along the region’s waterways — a reflection of Iwakuni’s deep connection to water and trade.

Known for its balance and gentle depth rather than bold intensity, Gangi is a sake that naturally invites another sip.

This “Hitotsubi” expression is pasteurized only once, preserving softness while maintaining a fresh, lively character.

Elegant and quietly expressive,
it pairs beautifully alongside food.

A single brewery, yet producing such a wide range of expressions.

Using the same water and rice,
it’s incredible how many different flavors can come to life.

Founded in 1677, Yamamoto Honke is a historic sake brewery in Kyoto.

Their flagship labels “Shinsei” and “Matsunomidori”
are well-known as classic Kyoto sake.

This is their Kyoto-inspired liqueur—
a sake-based expression infused with premium Uji matcha.

As the elements come together,
