Asada is a traditional Mexican-style grilled beef dish. We use premium Japanese Black Wagyu brisket from Kyoto’s aged meat specialist, “Nakasei.”

Carefully seasoned with salt and grilled on the iron plate.

Served with homemade avocado sauce and fresh cilantro.

【 タコス•アサーダ 】

アサーダとは、本場メキシコで“牛肉のグリル料理”を意味する一皿。当店では、京都の熟成肉専門店「中勢以」の黒毛和牛を贅沢に使用しています。

使用する部位はブリスケット。
きめ細かな霜降りと、赤身と脂の絶妙なバランスが特徴です。シンプルに塩で下味をつけ、鉄板で丁寧に焼き上げました。

自家製アボカドソースと、フレッシュなパクチーを添えてお召し上がりください。
