This week's deli box.. thank you to for you delicious vegetables.. the parsley root was particularly surprisingly delicious. An earthy flavour with sweet notes that compliment and balance the rustic flavour so well.

The coconut in our salad lifts that sweetness and the salami brings the savoury essence back whilst the bitterness of the parsley genovese sauce balances everything together perfectly. We kept the root raw and sliced super thinly to bring out all these flavour notes. Limited availability so please do give it a try.
