Both of our beers ran out late last night.
We still have cans so anyone wanting to try them still can.
We have a few hotdogs and a little bit of chilli left over so you can still try them too.
The next time you’ll see these beers is at Kofu Beer Festival.
両方のビールは昨日の遅い時間に無くなりました。
まだ缶があるから飲みたければ、まだ飲めます。
ホットドッグとチリも少し残ってるからまだ食べれます。
このビールの生は次飲めるのは甲府ビール祭りです。

Chilli Fries.
Made for our American Fest.
This is pretty good.
I wouldn’t mind having this on the regular menu or maybe a recurring seasonal.
If there’s any left tomorrow I know what I’m having for dinner.

American Festのために作りました。
これは美味しい。
これはレギュラーメニューに載せてもいいな。それとも、定期的な限定だね。
明日はまだ残ってれば僕のご飯は決まりだ。

Los Angeles West Coast IPA and New York East Coast IPA.
The two beers we brewed for our American Fest.
Los Angeles is easy to drink with good hop aroma and taste. Not in your face hoppy.
I think New York is the haziest beer we have ever made. Most of our hazys are light and juicy, this is thick.
Hazy fans will love this. It is good but one would be enough for me as I am not a fan of the super hazys that are popular now.
Los Angeles West Coast IPAとNew York East Coast IPAです。
American Festのために作ったビールです。
Los Angelesは飲みやすくて、ホップの香りと味はバランスしてます。ホップは強過ぎではないです。
New Yorkは今まで一番濃いヘージーだと思います。
ウチのヘージーはほとんど軽くて、ジューシーけどこれは重い。
ヘージーのファンは好きになるはすです。
僕は今の人気な濃いヘージーはあまり好きではないからこれは美味しいけど一杯は十分です。

We were rattling and rolling but almost no damage.
Our gas has stopped so need to get that back on for tomorrow.
かなり揺れたがダメージはあまりないです。
ガスは止まってるから明日の営業前に直さないといけない。

We changed up the way we prep our pig intestines.
I usually can’t eat it because I don’t like the smell but there is very little smell to this so I can eat it.
We’ll see which way our customers prefer.
ウチの焼きもつの仕込み方を変えました。
僕は匂いでモツを食べれないけどこのやり方で匂いはないから食べれます。
お客さんはどちの方が好きかな？

Busy, busy, busy.
Happy, happy, happy.
Had the party and it was busy for a Monday.
Unfortunately, an order arrived earlier so before I go home I have to prep that food.
忙しい、忙しい、忙しい。
嬉しい、嬉しい、嬉しい。
パーティーがあって、月曜日としてかなり忙しかった。
残念で途中に配達が来たから帰る前に捌かないといけない。

Good weekend but another quiet Sunday, although we just had a group of six come in.
Party tomorrow night and then another one on Friday.
As long as the weekdays aren’t dead it should be a good month.
We need it.
いい週末だったが、今日は暇です、だけどちょうど6人が入りました。
明日も金曜日も団体の予約が入ってます。
平日は暇ではなければいい月になります。
必要だね。

Present from a former Vault staff member who is visiting from Canada.
Not much of a wine drinker so I’ll share it with a few regulars.
Good to see Ko after about 10 years.
カナダから遊びに来てる元Vaultのスタッフのお土産です。
ワインはあまり飲まないから常連と一緒に飲むかな。
コちゃんに10年ぶりに会って、嬉しかった。

Our new Yamanashi Produce section of our menu is proving popular.
At present our most popular item is Fujizakura pork Asparagas and bacon.
So we are looking to add another one or two items.
I will update when something is decided.
メニューの山梨県産部門は人気になってます。
今、富士桜ポークのアスパラベーコンは一番人気です。
だからまた一品か2品増やしたいね。
新しいものが決まったらまた報告しますね。
