[July Business Calendar]
The New Wheat Harvest Festival on Saturday the 4th! & Summer "Yoru-Fujiya" Night Openings☀️
Thank you always for your continued patronage of Fujiya Honten.
Summer is officially here, and July has begun! We are excited to share this month's schedule with you.
The absolute highlight of this month is the "New Wheat Harvest Festival" (Shin-mugi Shūkakusai) happening this upcoming Saturday, July 4th!
It is a very special day where you can enjoy the fresh, vibrant aroma of newly harvested wheat, which was reaped just at the end of June. Let's celebrate this year's fresh harvest together!❗️
Please also note that our days off will be slightly irregular this month due to the national holiday (Marine Day).
📌 [July Schedule Details]
• Regular Holidays: July 6 (Mon), 13 (Mon), 21 (Tue), 22 (Wed), and 27 (Mon).
• Note: We WILL be open on July 20 (Mon/Holiday)! Instead, we will be closed for a consecutive break on the following two days, the 21st and 22nd.
• 🌙 "Yoru-Fujiya" Night Business (17:30–20:00): July 11 (Sat) and 25 (Sat).
Enjoy chilled local Japanese sake, seasonal summer appetizers, and refreshing summer Himokawa Udon.
To ensure we deliver our top-quality, freshly boiled hot or ice-cold noodles as quickly as possible, our noodle menu is limited exclusively to "Himokawa Udon" on weekends and holidays.
We have a spacious parking lot for over 20 large cars behind the shop. It's the perfect stop for a summer drive around Gunma or a lunch break while strolling through the historic streets of Kiryu. We look forward to welcoming you!
