船内は思ったよりも揺れないため、数時間経つと船内にいることを忘れるほどの快適さ。
往路は天王洲から浜離宮を通り、両国を超えて浅草までの約1時間。
この間に甘海老と雲丹のすり流しや、カツオ炙り、北海道産毛蟹ともずくなどの7品の前菜を愉しめます。
浅草でUターンし、復路から握りスタート。
赤酢が効いたシャリの上に、とろける中トロや濃厚な雲丹など厳選した旬のネタが踊る。
13貫の選りすぐりのネタと合わせる、シャンパンや日本酒も最高。
雨が降っていなければ、デッキに出られて開放感は抜群。
東京都主催の噴水ショーや運が良ければドローンショーも鑑賞可能。
スカイツリーや豊洲市場を後にし、2時間30分かけて旅は終結。

The appeal lies in enjoying carefully selected seasonal ingredients and fine sake within the unique, extraordinary setting of a *yakatabune* (traditional Japanese pleasure boat).
The ride is smoother than expected; after a few hours, the experience is so comfortable that you might even forget you are on a boat.
The outbound journey takes about an hour, traveling from Tennozu past Hama-rikyu and Ryogoku to Asakusa.
During this time, you can enjoy seven types of appetizers, including a *surinagashi* (purée) of sweet shrimp and sea urchin, as well as Hokkaido horsehair crab with *mozuku* seaweed.
After making a U-turn at Asakusa, the *nigiri* course begins on the return leg of the journey.
Carefully selected seasonal toppings—such as medium-fatty tuna (*chutoro*) that melts in the mouth and rich sea urchin (*uni*)—rest atop vinegared rice seasoned with red vinegar.
The Ch*****ne and sake paired with these exquisite toppings are simply superb.
If it isn't raining, you can step out onto the deck and enjoy a wonderful sense of openness.
In addition to the fountain show hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, if you are lucky, you can also catch a drone show starting around 7:00 PM.
After passing by the Skytree and Toyosu Market, the *yakatabune* (traditional屋形船) boat trip concludes after two and a half hours.
