Hi, my name is Okitsugu Kado(call me oki )
I'm running a small restaurant in Osaka,Japan.

元々はフランス料理の修行からスタートし
後に父のあとを継ぎ、寿司屋になりました。
カナダでの修行時代に出会った野菜彫刻を
ほぼ独学で勉強し作り続けています。

I started my carrier from french cuisine,
then I took after my father's sushi restaurant. it was a big surprize and after that I've been studying
veggie carving by myself.


野菜彫刻は、接合に爪楊枝を使っているので飾ったあとは
もちろん料理することも可能ですが、モットーは
「野菜彫刻は心の栄養☆」　
お寿司、フレンチ、そして野菜彫刻を取り入れた
独自の料理を皆様に楽しんで頂ければ最高に幸せです。
