《白いブラウスの柄入れ》
お客様のオーダーで、白いブラウスに 麻の葉模様とひょうたんを描きました。
ひょうたんは、6つで『無病息災』の意味があります。
麻の葉模様には、魔除けの意味があります。
白い絵の具で 大小さまざまの麻の葉模様を描き、
ひょうたんは 小さくカラフルに描きました。
白地に白い絵の具だと パッと見ると目立ちませんが、
光の加減によって 見えたり 見えなかったり……
なので、大きな柄でも躊躇なく着る事ができます！

《White Blouse Painting》
H**p Leaf
At the customer’s request, I painted an asanoha ( H**p Leaf)
pattern and Calabash gourds on a white blouse.
Six Calabash gourds symbolize “good health and freedom from illness.”
The asanoha pattern is believed to ward off evil spirits.
I painted asanoha patterns of various sizes using white paint,
and the gourds in small, colorful designs.
Since white paint on a white background isn’t immediately noticeable at first glance,
the design appears and disappears depending on the light…
So, you can wear it without hesitation, even with such a large pattern!
