Please note that we will be closed on Wednesday, the 6th.
We’ve been very busy every day, and our refrigerator is completely empty. We truly appreciate your support! 🙇
Since the end of last month, my dog has been unwell, and I’ve been taking her to the vet before work and again after lunch, which made for a hectic week. Eventually, she had to undergo surgery, but thanks to my dedicated staff who stayed after hours to help, we managed to get through it. I’m very grateful for their hard work! 😭
This week, we’ll only have lunch available for two days, featuring the Patty Melt Sandwich. 🥪 Unfortunately, the brisket and pulled pork have sold out, so they will be available starting Friday.
We look forward to seeing you again from Thursday! 🙇

毎日忙しくさせていただき、
冷蔵庫もすっからかんになりました。
本当に感謝しております🙇
先月末から愛犬の体調が悪く、出勤前に病院に連れて行ったり、ランチ後にもまた病院に行ってからお店に戻って仕込みをしたりと、バタバタな1週間でした。
最終的には犬が手術になってしまいましたが、
営業後にスタッフが残って仕事をしてくれたおかげで、
なんとか乗り切ることができました。
よく働いてくれるスタッフに心から感謝しています😭
今週の平日ランチは2日間だけですが、パティメルトサンドイッチ🥪を提供します。
ブリスケットとプルドポークは完売してしまいましたので、
金曜日からの提供となります。
木曜日からお待ちしております🙇
