1300-1700 for coffee without an American to chat with, though Ken-San speaks English. Cup of coffee (hot or cold): 500 yen

Ken's English Cafe was created to fulfill the owner, Ken's, dream of offerin
g a fun, casual place for local Japanese people to practice speaking English , for Americans to learn about Japan, and for everyone to make new friends and meet interesting people. This is a non-smoking facility and accepts yen only. We are on the same side of the street as Tsutaya and share a space with a pressed flower shop that is open during the week.
