Today, September 28th, Gluten-Free Kushiage Su celebrates its 4th anniversary.

We would like to sincerely thank all of our guests who have visited us, as well as everyone who continues to support us.

Over the past year, we have once again had the pleasure of welcoming many guests from Japan and from around the world.

We are truly grateful to everyone who finds our small restaurant tucked away at the edge of Ginza and takes the time to visit us.

《2026年10月のご予約更新とディナーコース価格改定のお知らせ》

現在10月31日までのご予約を受け付けております。
10月は月曜定休に加え、20日（火）をお休みさせていただきます。
よろしくお願いいたします。

10月1日より、ディナーコースの価格を13,000円（税込）から13,800円（税込）に改定させていただきます。

食材価格や諸経費の上昇が続く中、これまでできる限り価格を維持してまいりましたが、現在の品質を保ち、さらにより良いコースをご提供していくため、今回価格を見直すことといたしました。

前回お知らせしたランチコースの価格改定に続き、度重なる価格改定となり恐縮ですが、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

《October 2026 Reservations & Dinner Course Price Update》

Reservations are now open through October 31.

In addition to our regular Monday closures, we will also be closed on Tuesday, October 20.

Thank you for your understanding.

From October 1, the price of our dinner course will be revised from ¥13,000 to ¥13,800 (tax included).

As ingredient costs and other operating expenses continue to rise, we have done our best to maintain our current pricing. However, in order to preserve the quality of our course and continue offering an even better dining experience, we have decided to revise the price.

Following the recent price adjustment to our lunch course, we sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding this additional change.

We will continue striving to offer a gluten-free kushiage experience that reflects the character of our restaurant.

We would also like to inform you that, starting in September, the price of our Sunday Lunch Short Course will be revised from ¥5,500 to ¥6,000 (tax included).

Our Lunch Short Course was originally created to offer a more affordable way to experience our dinner course. However, due to the continued rise in ingredient costs and other operating expenses, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain the quality of the course at the current price.

To continue serving carefully selected seasonal ingredients and preparing each dish with the same care and attention, we have made the difficult decision to adjust the price.
