NOT IN USE Samurai Cafe Dining Facility Members and chaperones of organized youth groups may dine in the Samurai Café.

Authorized Patrons:

Enlisted Members entitled to S*K (Meal Card)
Enlisted Members Drawing basic allowance for subsistence (BAS)

Unit Commanders or Directors, their deputies and chaplains are authorized to dine in the Samurai Café to determine the quality and quantity of food served

Officers, enlisted personnel, and family members are authorized to dine at the Samurai Café during United States (

US) federal or national holidays and the Air Force (AF) Birthday. Military Retirees and their immediate family members (must be accompanied by a retiree) may use the Samurai Café during all meals except when the Food Service Officer determines that it will impact the service provided to the ESM and TDY customer (i.e., during bilateral exercises [KEEN EDGE, Cope North] and phase I of local exercises.) Please contact 374 FSS/Samurai Cafe Dining Facility ([email protected]) at least 14 days prior to the event stating the purpose of event, number of persons and time. Members and chaperones of the organized nonprofit youth groups will pay only the discount rate and not the surcharge.

Welcome to the Samurai café Dining facility. We’re a full-service dining operation, offering a variety of menu selections from o The Air Force Flight Feeding program provides nutritious, appetizing meals to passengers and crew of Air Force aircraft. We also provide ground support meals to emergency essential personnel.

Authorized Patrons: Enlisted Members entitled to S*K (Meal Card) Enlisted Members Drawing basic allowance for subsistence (BAS) Unit Commanders or Directors, their deputies and chaplains are authorized to dine in the Samurai Café to determine the quality and quantity of food served Officers, enlisted personnel, and family members are authorized to dine at the Samurai Café during United States (US) federal or national holidays and the Air Force (AF) Birthday. A Letter must be forwarded to the 374th Mission Support Group Food Service Staff Office (374 MSG/SVMF) at least 14 days prior to the event stating the purpose of event, number of persons and time. Members and chaperones of the organized nonprofit youth groups will pay only the discount rate and not the surcharge.
