“TOKYO NEW CLASSIC RESTAURANT”をコンセプトとした「THE UPPER」は国際色豊かなこのエリアの美意識や感性と共鳴しながら、地域にダイナミズムをもたらすだけでなく、これからの都市の楽しみ方や現在進行形のカルチャーという付加価値をインストールすることで、丸の内という街を盛り上げます。

今回パートナーシェフとして迎えたのは、料理界で快進撃を続ける「La Cime」の高田裕介シェフ。
当店の徳島亨シェフが持つスタイルやジャンルをミックスした独創的な発想と、世界を驚かせた高田シェフの持つフランス料理のイノベーティブな感性とクラシックな技がセッションし、美しく重なり合います。非現実に身を置く醍醐味を存分に感じる時間は、まるで旅先で五感が刺激されるような体験のように感じるはず。
