春から始まった、私たちの珈琲の焙煎。
日々、新しい豆が届き、
ブレンドに使う豆も、
季節や豆の個性に合わせて少しずつ変わっていきます。
いつもと変わらない一杯も、
実は、たくさんの「見えない変化」の積み重ねから
生まれています。
何気ない時間を、心地よい時間にするために。
私たちは、
見えるものだけではなく、
見えないところにこそ、重きを置く。
それも、私たちが大切にしている哲学のひとつです。
It’s still the perfect season

We began roasting our own coffee this spring.
New beans arrive throughout the season,
and the coffees we use in our blends
quietly change with each new harvest and character.
Even a cup that may seem unchanged
is actually shaped by countless
unseen changes behind the scenes.
To turn an ordinary moment
into something meaningful.
We believe that what cannot be seen
is just as important as what can.
We place great value
on the things you don’t see.
That is one of the philosophies
