We're currently recruiting chefs to join our kitchen team for Winter 2026/27 in Niseko, Japan.

Available Positions:
• Head Chef
• Sous Chef
• Chef de Partie
• Kitchen Hand

Mūsu is a chef-driven restaurant focused on quality ingredients, creative dishes, and delivering memorable dining experiences in the heart of Niseko.

This Friday 27th March, we’re taking Burger Night and stretching it ALL DAY.

From doors open at 11am through to kitchen close (excluding 3–4pm), it’s ¥2,000 for a burger and a beer.
