People like so many others will think of "pizza as an italian original creation". although somehow it is true, the history of pizza goes back to the early greeks who pizza was made with oil and spice “flat bread cook on heated stone". Eventually the flat bread called "pizza" were made and cooked in wood fired brick oven, no topping but chard with wonderful flavor...lt was “pizza” was sold for pennies

in the streets of naples. As to the queen....in 1889 queen margherita and during her travel through italy saw many people eating this large, flat bread and curious, the queen wanted to taste this ”pizza’j she loved it and became a connection and true love to "pizza ". many chef wanted to honor the queen , and chef rafael created the very special pizza with three colors ,red for the tomato sauce, white was the fresh mozzarella, and the green was fresh basil, representing the italian flag and that was margherita pizza in the queen honor. The GOODFELLAS ....and like many others , we carry on the great tradition as pizza start to spread to america and the rest of the world, Goodfellas opened stores in new york , florida and many other to north america and around the world. Goodfellas is proudly opening the first store in the middle east to enjoy the best pizza with the best Ingredients money can buy. . We all thank the queen for the delicious pizza creation with lots of choices and pizza made in ourtimes today and The Goodfellas take no less than continues this perfection of "pizza". . .using dough from our exclusive double zero ”O0"flour imported weekly from italy, all peeled fresh italian tomato perfecting the very best sauce and whole milk mozzarella cheese and fresh mozzarella, making our signature queen margherita pizza, delicious spinach and tomato pizza to our famous bianca pizza and many other great pizza with excellence and pride reaching high...
