A small, family-run kitchen in the heart of Jabal Weibdeh, “Joz Hind” is run by Italian cook Luca and his Jordanian wife Hind. “Joz Hind” believes in socially-responsible and healthy food. We are a local initiative rooted in our neighborhood and will offer fresh food daily for lunch and dinner. When you enter “Joz Hind”, you walk straight into the kitchen and sit to eat in a communal veranda with

other guests. The menu depends on the season; Luca can whip something together depending on his inspiration that day and what's best available in the market. Our prices are moderate; we want you to enjoy great food for what it's worth without feeling that you're overspending. We do not have delivery and since we care about recycling and our environment for your take aways bring your Tupperware :)

"جوز هند" مطبخ في قلب اللويبدة يديره الطبّاخ الإيطالي لوكا وزوجته الأردنيّة هند زي بيتهم التاني. وزي ما في بيتهم تؤمن العائلة بأهميّة المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة، وبتعتبر "جوز هند" جزء من مجتمع يعتمد على المأكولات المحلّي الصحّي. مبادرتنا من وفي الحارة اللي حتوفّر مكوّنات الأكل الطازجة للغداء والعشاء.
لمّا تدخلوا "جوز هند"، رح تلاقوا حالكم في "المطبخ"، وتقعدوا في برندة جماعيّة مع المعازيم الآخرين. تعتمد قائمة الطعام على الموسم، ورح يحضّر لوكا أطباق مختلفة حسب مزاجه اليوم، وحسب أفضل ما يتوفّر في السوق، وحسب ما تشتهون. أسعارنا معقولة، لإنّا بدنا الكل يستمتع بطعام لذيذ من دون تحطّوا اللي فوقكم وتحتكم.
