هاي البيتزا كانت البداية -
بيتزا مارينارا، ومعناها بيتزا البحّارين باللغة الإيطاليّة. كانوا البحّارين بمدينة نابولي يعتبروها قوت يومهم لمّا يكونوا طالعين رحلة صيد على سواحل المدينة.

كانوا يفضّلوا ياخدوا معهم أكل ما بيخرب بسرعة خلال رحلتهم، وبالتالي يختاروا البندورة والزعتر وشرايح الثوم ليحطوها فوق عجينة البيتزا.

هاي وحدة من أطيب وأبسط أنواع البيتزا نابوليتانا.

THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED - The Marinara pizza, which means “the sailor’s style pizza” in Italian, was the food that Neapolitan sailors would eat when they were out fishing off the Naples coast. 



The sailors would top their dough with tasty ingredients that didn’t spoil easy when they were out to sea. Tomato sauce, oregano and garlic slices.


One of the simplest and most delicious Neapolitan pizzas.
