أصابع فلافل طويلة، مقرمشة من الخارج، وهشّة من الداخل. تُقدَّم مع صوصين يكمّلان النكهة: الفستقية… صوص فول سوداني حار، و طراطور كلاسيكي من الطحينة والليمون. وجبة نباتية بالكامل.

Long falafel fingers, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Served with two sauces that complete the flavor: our Sudanese-inspired spicy peanut sauce—and our classic tarator made with tahini, lemon, and a sprinkle of sumac. Fully plant-based! 🌿

استعنا بالأستاذ شحادة هارون أحد أبرز الخطاطين في عمان والملقب بعميد الخطاطين، لإعادة إحياء قارمة مطعم أبو محجوب على أسلوبها الأصلي كما لطالما عرفها أهل اللويبدة, حفاظاً على المشروع وليس تغيير هويته.

‏The preservation of Abu Mahjoub's identity has been integral to our work. That's why we called upon Mr. Shuhadeh Haroun, one of Amman's eminent calligraphers, to renovate the storefront while maintaining its original character, as known and loved by Jabal al-Luweibdeh
