Well this catering was fun!
The theme was: COLORS
It was a great match, as I believe food should always be colorful and the host loves to decorate with colorful flowers and lemons - your eyes eat as well.

So grateful to host a lunch for an amazing group of activists from Columbia Climate School and Portland. Progressive conversations + good food + natural setting = road to success, when mind, body and soul get stimulated.

So grateful to have had the opportunity helping STUSH in the BUSH in the kitchen for an online cooking workshop. Creativity and intuition are key ingredients in cooking. Working with the greatest is a blessing.

We must admit and say it out loud that we are proud of ourselves for putting together this catering for 80 people (originally we said 60 max but we made it work very spontaneously!). We bring the jungle with us everywhere we go, everything is ital / vegan, farm or jungle to table, and the eyes eat as well, not just the stomach. Food has to be full of life, full of color and nutrition. We give thanks to this opportunity at for a great workshop regarding the sustainable future of Portland. Food is a big topic for living a sustainable future and we are very grateful to showcase what this can look like.
