Must have prior experience and certification in local and Chinese cuisine with a valid food handlers permit.

Cooking and oversees other members of the food preparation team. Applicant should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

Must have CXC Mathematics and English Language, prior experience working in a restaurant with a valid food handlers permit.

Manage cash and sales transactions, promote services, improving customer satisfaction, answering to inquiries, reporting to the restaurant's manager, greeting customers among other assigned duties.
