HOMECHEFS PAN SEARED SALMON
Yeild: 2 servings

2, 6oz Salmon Steaks
Salt and Pepper TT
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Homechefs Herbs and Garlic Seasoning

Method

1. Brush both sides of the Salmon steak with oil; coat
both sides of the steak with salt, pepper and Homechefs herbs and garlic seasoning.

2. In a frying pan saute' the salmon steak in the remaining oil 1 min per side.

3. Remove from pan and serve with tomato and carrot relish
