Jade Garden's tasteful design is masterfully blended with the essence of indoor greenery, creating a warm and unique dining experience for authentic Chinese cuisine such as Peking Duck, Roast Pork, and our signature Pimento Steak with its flavours infused on a hot sizzling platter. Moreover, diners may opt to taste a range of delicious Cantonese dim sums from the a-la-carte menu. The head chef is

also pleased to create tailor-made set menus to cater to diners’ different preferences for business, social or family gatherings. Guests may dine in the main restaurant with a 90 degree panoramic window view of our plush mountains, or one of the two private rooms, seating up to ten and forty persons respectively, with the former housing a private bar.
