Hi friends :) Back with another tea-based dessert for a special birthday! This cake tastes exactly like spiced chai perfectly paired with white chocolate ganache and some extra cinnamon. There are also secret oreos in between the layers because the birthday girl loves oreos and we're a lab and we couldn't care less about what 'should' go together. Before we started doing this we had no idea was such a popular colour. These macarons were specially prepared for a 13 year old who we're told has a sophisticated palate and she gave them a 10/10 💃 We filled these with coconut buttercream, coconut shreds and house-made strawberry lime sauce to balance out the sweetness. Remember to take care of yourselves and continue to raise awareness! Look out for more ways how you can help us raise awareness this month. Happy Weekend! Today we celebrated one half of the Pop Mom team on her birthday and we made her a cake just as special as she is 🧡 This gluten-free almond coconut cake was a hit and the fresh fruit, crunchy almonds and pumpkin seeds and housemade strawberry lime sauce balanced it perfectly. If you don't like traditional cakes maybe this one is for you :)
