Fish of the day with whipped lemon ricotta, pickled courgette & fennel salad, Jersey royals

Sticky glazed pork belly, tzatziki, tomato salsa, fresh herb salad, crispy potato shoestrings (aka teams favourite snack)

Buttermilk chicken waffles, fried egg, whipped ricotta, bacon crumb, hot honey

Grilled Goat cheese & Peach - smoked almonds, orange blossom dressing & hot honey

Heritage Tomato & Mango - basil, mint, charred baby gem, hot agave, mango & mint puree dressing

Grilled Courgette, Tzatziki, labneh, roasted cherry tomatoes, toasted sourdough

Summer Slice - avacado, feta, dried cranberries, walnuts, chimichurri dressing, mint oil on sourdough
