Monday — Closed
Tuesday to Sunday — 9:30 am to 6:15 pm

🦪 THE UGLY OYSTER AT REGEN GATHERING! 🦪

We’re at Regen Gathering Jersey today and tomorrow, serving up a menu showcasing some of the very best local Jersey seafood! 🇯🇪

On the menu:

🦪 Locally grown oysters
🦀 Crab meat sandwich made with our award-winning, hand-picked local crab meat
🐟 Tuna tataki made with local, line-caught bluefin tuna
🤿 Hand-dived local scallops in garlic butter

All local seafood, straight from Jersey’s waters and onto the menu. 💙🌊

And there’s so much more going on at Regen Gathering, with 50+ talks and demonstrations, local producers, food, farming and plenty to see across this fantastic two-day event.

✈️ WE’RE AT THE JERSEY INTERNATIONAL AIR DISPLAY! ✈️

The Ugly Oyster is all set up and ready for a brilliant day at the Air Display! 🦪

We’ve got some seriously tasty seafood on offer today, including tuna tataki, made with local line-caught bluefin tuna, local hand-dived scallops cooked in garlic butter, our crab meat sandwiches, packed with our award-winning hand-picked local spider crab meat… and of course, we couldn’t forget our very own local oysters!

Fresh, local seafood while watching an incredible display in the skies, what more could you want?! 😍✈️
