Several plates, zero self control and some VERY strong opinions later… the new menu is ready.

Our office looked a little different last Friday.

Instead of brunch in St Helier, we were serving supper beneath one of Jersey’s most iconic landmarks.

On the menu? The very best of our island:
🥔 Jersey Royals
🍅 Heritage tomatoes
🥛 Jersey Dairy cream
🌭 Jersey sausages.

Ingredients grown, reared and produced just minutes from where they were served.

Whether it’s a boardroom, a wedding or a castle crypt, great food deserves a great setting.

Okay, they may not technically be love letters… but to us, they kind of are. 💌

Every day, feedback lands in our inbox via ResDiary, emails, messages and conversations across the restaurant. And honestly? We never get tired of reading it.

There is nothing we love more than hearing that you’ve had a wonderful experience, whether it’s a quick coffee, a long lunch, a team breakfast or a special celebration.
