Something new on the special board this week and we’re a bit excited about it. Crispy Tuna Belly Tacos 🐟

We take the belly from Jersey blue fin tuna, the richest bit of the fish, caught in local waters, and pile it into a crisp corn shell with pickled radish, pomegranate, toasted sesame and micro herbs.

From Jersey waters straight to the beach in front of you 🌊

Nothing beats a proper breakfast to end a long weekend, and we’ve got a new one for you 🍳

Meet our new special: The Jersey Blue Fin Benny.

It’s our take on eggs Benedict, swapping the usual ham/bacon for Jersey blue fin tuna, caught in local waters and seared just right. It sits on toasted sourdough with smashed avo, fresh poached eggs and homemade hollandaise. Rich, fresh and full of flavour.

Caught in Jersey & cooked next to the beach.

Honestly, it’s the best excuse to get out of bed early tomorrow.
