🌸 Spring has arrived at The Rozel 🌸

The days are getting longer, the sea air feels a little fresher, and our brand new Spring Menu has officially landed. 🌿

Our chefs have been busy working with some incredible local produce to bring you dishes that feel light, seasonal and seriously delicious.

A couple of highlights to tempt you…
🦀 Jersey Crab Arancini – crispy crab risotto balls with lemon mayonnaise, parmesan and chilli flakes.
🍝 Seafood Linguine – Jersey crab, king prawns and squid tossed with ginger, garlic and lime.

And of course, you’ll still find a few proper pub classics on there too (because some things should never change).
