Change in Ownership
With great pride and gratitude, John and I would like to wish you a fond farewell as we step down from the helm and welcome David and Emma to the business.
We’ve had nine amazing years owning Colleen’s, and it’s certainly been a wild ride! We’ve been through some challenging times over the years, but with the incredible support of our customers and the dedication of our staff, the business not only survived — it thrived.
Maciej and Shaune will continue to lead their teams, serving delicious food and giving you the special, warm welcome you’ve come to expect from Colleen’s.
We hope you’ll all continue to support the new owners as they embark on their journey at the café.
Personally, from both of us, thank you. Colleen’s is a very special place, and we’ve loved every minute of our time here — even the tough times! There have been plenty of laughs, plenty of hard work, a few stressful moments along the way, and an awful lot of very happy memories.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and even more grateful for the wonderful customers, friends and staff who have been such a huge part of the journey.
It’s time for us to hang up our aprons and start a new chapter, but we’ll always look back on our nine years at Colleen’s with enormous pride and affection.
