Some kitchens are designed around equipment. Others are designed around the way people work.

At Park Hotel Kenmare, every element of the workspace was developed to support a seamless relationship between preparation, service, and hospitality.

A project shaped around workflow, flexibility, and the daily needs of the brigade, supporting the culinary vision of Chef James O'Sullivan and his team.

A logo is not just a logo.

In 2008, Marrone's founder made a deliberate choice: to integrate the “M” into almost every part of the kitchen to make it meaningful.

A mark designed to communicate, at first glance, the values behind every kitchen: performance, reliability, and customisation.

Today, that detail remains a signature of who we are.

Every culinary culture, service model and chef develops its own relationship with heat, timing and workflow.

This is why professional kitchens often combine multiple technologies rather than relying on a single cooking system.

From induction and electric cooking to gas, open fire and thermal holding, each function serves a specific purpose and supports different techniques throughout preparation and service.

Swipe through to explore the role of each function and how they contribute to a cohesive cooking environment.

Every finished detail is the outcome of a sequence of precise operations.

This carousel highlights three stages in the production of embedding the Marrone “M” into a kitchen surface: smoothing, recessed machining, and the final removal of the protective film.

Processes that may appear simple, yet play a fundamental role in defining the final quality, precision, and visual consistency of the component.

A closer look at the manufacturing details that contribute to the overall design experience.

Designed for one of Dubai's most distinctive hospitality destinations, Rohen's professional kitchen was conceived to support a dynamic service while contributing to the identity of the space itself.

Developed as an open environment, the project establishes a direct connection between the brigade and the dining experience, making preparation part of the atmosphere and rhythm of the Rohen restaurant.

Every workstation has been carefully designed to optimise movement, coordination, and efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of durability and precision.

A project where technical performance, architectural clarity, and craftsmanship come together in service of hospitality.

Reliability, innovation, and performance: according to Fabio Ferrandino, these are the principles that define Marrone and its approach to kitchen design.

As Sales Director Italy, Fabio reflects on a vision where designing a kitchen goes far beyond delivering a product. It means helping people interpret spaces, optimize the way they live, and create environments tailored precisely to their needs.

At Marrone, customisation is not an added feature, but a fundamental part of the process. Every project is developed around the client, balancing technical precision, functionality, and craftsmanship with the time and attention that true made-to-measure work requires.

Because behind every kitchen lies something more than design: a continuous pursuit of quality, detail, and improvement.

Conceived for Villa Verde in Capri, this back-of-house kitchen was designed to remain unseen by guests, yet treated with the same level of attention, precision, and aesthetic research as a fully exposed space.

Designed by Marrone as a made-to-measure professional environment, the kitchen combines functionality with a strong architectural presence. The elegant red finish of the main cooking block creates a refined contrast against the vibrated and satin stainless steel surfaces, while the restaurant’s logo has been manually inlaid using mirrored steel craftsmanship rather than laser engraving.

Every available volume has been carefully optimized, integrating niches, columns, and structural constraints into a seamless and highly efficient composition.

A project where technical performance, spatial precision, and craftsmanship converge beyond visibility itself.

In a private residence in Bucharest, Marrone collaborated with Spacecraft to create a made-to-measure kitchen conceived as a natural extension of the architectural space.

Developed through a close dialogue between the architects and Marrone’s technical department, the project combines spatial precision, material research, and functional performance with uncompromising attention to detail.

Designed to merge residential comfort with professional-level performance, the kitchen integrates seamlessly into the living environment: silent in appearance, precise in function, and defined by craftsmanship.

A project is also defined by the people behind it.

The images reflect a group of clients, professionals, and collaborators who share a similar way of working: attention to materials, focus on detail, and a clear idea of quality.
Different roles, different perspectives, but the same expectations when it comes to design, ex*****on, and long-term value.

Around Marrone, this translates into an ongoing dialogue with those who look for consistency, reliability, and well-resolved solutions.

Steel tubing stored in the warehouse, part of Marrone's material flow.

Materials are managed through controlled inventory systems to ensure consistency across all projects, from structural components to finished assemblies.

Each element follows a defined process, from storage to processing, ensuring precision and continuity in production.
