What happens to a kitchen once it leaves our facility in Pordenone?

It travels, carefully packed, piece by piece, to the space it was designed for.

From the factory to the site, every element arrives ready for the next stage: assembly, positioning and, eventually, a kitchen coming together in its new home.

Making this possible is a network of trusted dealers and partners who share our standards and attention to quality, wherever the project takes us.

A project doesn’t end when it leaves the factory. This is where its next chapter begins.

From material to kitchen.

A closer look at the process behind a Marrone kitchen, where materials, precision and expertise come together to meet the specific needs of each project.

A kitchen shaped by its setting.

For the main restaurant at Belmond Hotel Caruso in Ravello, the kitchen takes its cue from the colours of the Amalfi Coast.

Its distinctive blue brings a touch of the Mediterranean into the professional space, while the configuration and details were tailored to the restaurant and its way of working.

A project where function meets a strong sense of place.

A kitchen is made of details.

At Marrone, we develop the individual elements that make up a kitchen, from taps and handles to control k***s, considering their proportions, function and relationship with the overall system.

In the Orma Roma kitchen, these elements come together as part of a wider composition, with the coloured control k***s and handles adding a distinctive touch to the space.

From drawing to detail. From detail to kitchen.

The chef’s table has changed the way restaurants think about the boundary between kitchen and dining room. As kitchens become increasingly visible, the distance between chef, cooking and guest becomes part of the design.

These six projects explore different ways of bringing the table closer to the kitchen: integrating wood, stone and stainless steel into spaces where cooking and dining meet.

No single solution defines the chef’s table. Its design depends on the space, the workflow and the experience around it.

Six projects. Six different interpretations of the same idea.

One island. One kitchen built around it.

For La Petite Maison in Mykonos, Marrone designed a fully self-contained cooking system for an open-air restaurant above Mykonos Town.

Two parallel blocks organise the workspace, integrating cooking, preparation and refrigeration around a single principle: keep everything within reach, without interrupting movement.

A bespoke system engineered for the demands of a full island season.

In professional kitchens, there is no room for approximation.

Marrone was born there.

Working alongside chefs and brigades taught us to look at every detail: every movement, every function, every decision.

The same approach applies to private residences.

Because those who choose a Marrone kitchen often experience cooking with the same level of attention and sensitivity, whether they cook themselves or work alongside a private chef.

The method remains the same.
The context changes.

And every project starts from one question:

How will this kitchen be lived?

Every custom kitchen starts before a single sheet of stainless steel is processed.

It starts with engineering.

Each component is developed through technical planning, refined by experienced engineers and manufactured using advanced technologies that ensure precision at every stage.

Continuous investment in technology allows Marrone to deliver increasingly complex projects while maintaining the precision, reliability and flexibility that bespoke professional kitchens require.

Because innovation doesn't replace expertise. It builds on it.

There is one thing you won't find at Marrone: a catalogue.

"Do you have a catalogue?"
We hear this question all the time and our answer is always the same.
We don't have a catalogue, we start with a conversation.

Every chef works differently. Every brigade has its own rhythm. Every space comes with different challenges.
So instead of choosing from a catalogue, we start from a blank page and design the kitchen around the people who will use it.

That's how every Marrone kitchen begins.

At Daios Cove, Crete, every workstation, cooking line and preparation area was designed to support the pace of a high-end hospitality environment, where precision and efficiency are essential from breakfast through dinner service.

Rather than following a standard layout, the kitchen was developed around the restaurant's operational needs, balancing performance, durability and ergonomics in every detail.

Because every professional kitchen is different, every Marrone kitchen starts from the same principle: understanding how people work before designing where they work.

Swipe through for a closer look at the project.
