From Tuscany to Mexico.
Our chef Giuseppe Mancino and the Il Piccolo Principe team are proud to be among the international Apapaxados taking part in Apapaxoa by Xcaret at xcaret, Mexico.
Last week, they joined forces with the Rivera Río brothers Rodrigo Rivera-Rio Daniel Rivera Rio and the entire team at Lumbre Restaurante for a very special dinner celebrating the encounter between two culinary cultures.
Together, they created a menu bringing the flavors of Tuscany and some of Il Piccolo Principe’s most iconic dishes to Mexico, in dialogue with local ingredients and Mexican flavors.
An evening of shared cuisine, cultures and experiences around the table.
